After buying a fake Swedish folk art painting from a dodgy auction house I decided to deconstruct it and turn it into a suit in collaboration with the tailor Christoffer Gissy from Gissy tailoring. The painting is a naive copy of the Dalecarlia paintings which were incredibly wild and visionary before 1850. Inspired by Gram Parsons nudie suits and using the cut of Swedish writer August Strindbergs summer suit of 1907 we worked on the suit for some months until it premiered at the book launch of my book Grand Assembly.
